You can bet a lot of Fred Locke's porcelain insulators were within yelling distance of where this photo was taken. And that Fred and his family frequented the stores seen in this image on a regular basis since this was his home town. Victor, New York is also where he began his very famous, trend-setting and progressive porcelain insulator production, right around the turn-of-the-century.
