Confused yet? I never quite understood why manufacturers had to blotout one bit of embossing just to engrave it on the opposite side of the mould again, but I suppose I'll leave such unanswered questions alone. Anyways, up for sale this evening is a Hemingray CD 106 in the [145] embossing, and a bright light Hemingray blue colour. This one has "HEMINGRAY - 9" on the front skirt, and "MADE IN U.S.A." shoddily stamped on the rear, with "HEMINGRAY" clearly blotted out behind it. The images may not illustrate it well, but this one is a pretty obvious blotout, with parts of the "H", "M", "A" and "Y" still clearly visible behind or beside the over-stamped letters. If you're collecting Hemingray embossing variations, here's one you may not have!

The condition of this one is pretty good, with only three damaged drips, a couple tiny ping along the sharp outer base edge, a 1/8" ping on the rear lower wire ridge, and three fleabites on the front dome. Don't let the last one deter you - they don't show up that easily.

I'm asking $12.00 US plus shipping for this one. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
