Up for sale is a super bubbly straw diamond CD 102 in the now not-so-modern "modern-style" [165] embossing index. This one is that super light, vibrant-looking straw that is sometimes referred to as "lemon". This one came from the collection of a farmer not far from where my girlfriend lived a year or so ago. He claimed to have been present when some telephone lines were being taken down, and had picked a couple boxes of the things for his collection. The glass is a vibrant light straw shade that is pretty easy on the eyes and the massive number of bubbles throughout the skirt and 7/8" of dome glass really make the piece sparkle when underlit or exposed to natural sunlight. The dome is heavily creased with straw marks as well.

The condition of this one is fair. The worst damage is a thin slice on the rear base edge, 1/2" long by 1/8" wide, and a 1/8" ping on the glass just above it. There is a minor scuff in the front wire groove, but short of this the piece looks good!

I'm asking $10.00 US plus shipping for this champagne beauty. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
