Per recent ICON Discussion: I'm a big fan of cataloging a collection and have been using a program called Keeper Net since 2005. Like any system… it's only as good as the data entered. Keeper Net was easy to use right out of the box (or email), and can be customized to fit about any collectors needs. You can search by Color, Embossing, CD, Date, Seller or about any other way you want. Standard or custom reports are easy to print, send or convert… and best of all, no matter how many pieces you have in your collection, all the data and photos are but a few clicks away. The example above is just one of many ways to display data. Unfortunately, I reorganize pieces on my shelves from time to time, and this program doesn't have the ability to tell me where I've put a piece . :-}

I've been told that this program is no longer available for purchase, but I'm fairly certain its creator would send a copy if you email requested him direct at: garymiller5000@gmail.com

Anyone want to know what, "if any" pieces I purchased back in March 2005, or whether I have an extra Brookfield CD 121 [020] Olive Amber ? :-}

With a memory like mine… It's the only way to go

Dan
