Here is a scarce to rare insulator from Russia. This insulator dates to just before the Russian revolution and is the only known European style with drip points. it is marked Ц.В.-П.К.1916 // Л.О. --- Л.О (initials stand for Лив. Общ.translats to Liv. Obshch.). The drip points remind me a lot of Hemingray glass, but it is doubtful this insulator was made by them. Just about all of these have some damage and this is better than many with a flat base chip taking about 9 drips - and a few other drips having flakes (see base picture). $80 plus actual postage.
