Here is an odd dry spot two piece insulator complete with wires and hardware. It is embossed: ESTERN RAILROAD SUPPLY COMPANY TYPE 90387 DRY SPOT. Note the missing W.

Mint except for a small chip on the inner piece where the bolt comes through. Note that the four bottom corners are unglazed.
