Comms wires and cables along with electric lighting circuits are seen criss-crosseing this New York State community's business district. In the foreground on the left is a tall telephone openwire pole with a wooden junction box. Open wire phone circuits were combined within it for the paired cables seen crossing the street. Those cables very well might have led to the town's central telephone office switchboard within the building on the rar right. Also on the right (foreground) is an electric lighting service distribution pole with an incandescent gooseneck street light upon it.
