Here are three different CD 145 beehives manufactured by Brookfield.

On the left is a CREB EIN [170] (F-Crown) (Arc) W. BROOKFIELD / NEW YORK (R-Crown) B / PAT. NOV. 13TH 1883/ " FEB. 12TH 1884 {MLOD} SB in aqua with some light amber veils from dome to base and a small potstone at the rear lower wire ridge. Condition is vnm+ with only a few surface pecks.

In the middle is a petit SKEB EIN [030] (Dome) 8 (F-Skirt) BROOKFIELD (R-Skirt) NEW YORK SB in light blue aqua. I have seen this shape quite a bit with a B embossing, but not very often with the full Brookfield//New York. Condition is vnm with two small base flakes, a fleabite on the rear crown above the N, and a couple of wire rubs. There was also an overpour of glass at the base mold line, and some of the extra glass has been nibbled. Nice watery clarity to the glass.

On the right is a large, heavy B EIN sim. [010] (Dome) [backwards] 11 [glass dot between numbers] (F-Skirt) B SB. Color appears somewhat two-tone with an aqua skirt and enough amber coloration to give the dome a much greener hue. Condition is vnm+ with only a couple of pecks on the dome and wire ridge. Also has good clarity to the glass.

Inquiries welcome.
