Before I left home yesterday my eBay purchase of a green Brookfield creb with #8 on front crown arrived. It is pictured second from left in my pic. All other insulators shown were from an not planed stop at my friends antique shop. I was out on other business I needed to get done but I was near his shop so what the heck. I had visited him not all that long ago but what was the harm in stopping just to say hello if he didn't have any new insulators for me to pick through. As you can see I did get to do more then just say "Seasons Greetings". The skirt embossed W.Brookfield on the far left has some nice milk and green stringers. Also found the #8 creb to the right of my new green one I mentioned before. Only had a very light aqua before. Now I have three different colors for the #8 mold. Same goes for the #18 mold to the left. What remains is the largest variety of the Brookfield CD 162's which looks more like a 162.3 to me but isn't according to the book. Still haven't determined what EIN these are but I know this one is a very nice shade of blue. |
