I was driving down the road the other day at work and saw part of a cross arm sticking up out of the weeds in the ditch hoping to find some insulators I did find two of these big boys marked Locke, I went ahead and cut off part of the wire leaving the tie portions and ground wire. I am looking to part with them, but I don't know what they're worth any opinions would be appreciated, thanks in advance
