After much soaking and scraping, the several coats of lead paint came off, revealing a nice amber and carbon swirled beauty. Condition is virtually mint with some slight flaking inside the bottom of the rounded base where it comes to a sharp edge- possibly from mint. Definitely the best find of the year.
