Here is a CD 121 sim. EIN [010] (Dome) [Backwards] 12 (F-Skirt) BROCKFIELD {note spelling} SB. A glass flow anomaly during pressing resulted in the second O of BROOKFIELD missing its right side to create an apparent but very clear embossing error. Condition is excellent overall with only a tiny flake off the rear upper wire ridge, a smaller ding to the lower wire ridge behind the left mold line, and a peck on the left side of the dome as the only flaws. Color is a beautiful teal aqua with light amber ribbons meandering through the front and rear dome and skirt best seen with back lighting, and there's a cool curlicue straw mark right on the front crown to highlight the generous dome glass. A small bubble takes center stage as well right behind the embossing. This will be a unique addition for the "embossing error" specialist, the toll collector, or the generalist, and it's a bargain at $10 plus postage. |
