Neat little assortment of crossarm design here ;-). The uppermost longer crossarms probably carried local telephone subscriber circuits. I'm not sure about the sidepin and shorter crossarm lines...they could have been for electric lighting customers since such phone-openwire-like construction was also used (albeit rather uncommonly) in rural areas for early electricity distribution.
