I showed two of these to Don Briel at Springfield and he agreed they are defiantly embossed N.E.C.M Co and put this error in his notes for the 2015 guide. 5 Min later I stopped by Bill Haley's table to tell him about the Bald Eagle we saw on the way to the show and I found the piece on the right.
