I've been trying to acquire this rare ST 2270 cap embossed Thomas two part suspension for a year now with no luck. The owner is pretty wealthy and is very attached to the insulator. His dad brought it home when he was a kid over fifty years ago. He said his dad hung it on a chain from a tree and his mom used it for a bird feeder and he used it as a swing when he was a kid. He said if he ever does sell it, which will probably be never, he will sell it to me. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
