Insulator is in very good condition with only a popped fingernail sized bubble on the wire groove and a couple of random flea bites. There is a nice vitamin sized bubble in the lower skirt near the wire groove. The base is embossed AM INSR CO. PATD SEPT. 13. 81. The embossing is in perfect condition and undamaged.
