This insulator has some smaller scattered pieces of junk, fizz and light snot swirl under the L of POSTAL in the front skirt, more fizz elsewhere and a bit of milk on left side of top of threads. Has the 010 embossing which means it has the large POSTAL TEL.CO. embossing on the front skirt. To bad Brookfield didn't do the greatest crown embossing to identify their work on most of these pieces. All the crown embossing that is on this one is on the weak side but can be read with patients. The front side embossing was done better the the PAT / JAN 25 TH 1870 which is just a bit tougher to make out. Only embossing I can't tell for sure if was ever there or not is the N.Y. embossing which should be located right on the rim of the dome. The only imperfection that can be seen in my pic but doesn't look as bad when the sun isn't shinning right on it is what looks like a fleabite or fisheye but is actually an inclusion that the surface glass flaked of of.
