I'm relisting this good looking CD 134 unembossed Pennycuick style because there was concern about the extent of the base damage. It's pretty obvious that the insulator is a very vivid blue. Other than a inch long base sliver chip there is just a small, shallow chip on the under side of the upper wire groove ridge. I will post a photo showing the base damage.
