This is a rare insulator with the carbon bubbles in it and the milk streams. I have shown pictures back lit so you can see the bubbles and milk streams. It displays real well bottom lit. There is a shallow chip between the two bubbles 1"by 1"that could be repaired easily by an insulator repair person. A 1/ 1/4 " shallow sliver off the base and one small tic on the back side. If I were a collector of EC&MCoS.F. I would get this one repaired and really enjoy its beauty and rarity. If you need more pictures let me know. I am asking $700 for this rare piece.
