Left is typical 3 date ER. Center has had the W. removed as well as the address on the front, with the back embossing all removed (but visible), also has a collar on the threads so it is a later manufacture (which is why the Fulton St. address was no longer relevant). Right insulator has been made in a reworked mold, collar on threads, and only traces remaining of its original embossings.
