I was out in the Insulator Field, trying to put things in order, when suddenly I was surrounded by a bunch of Yellow Jacket type bees. Seems I had gotten too close to their nest, and they were not pleased.

So now, what to do, and how do I get rid of the nest and bees without getting too badly stung / bitten. If I am not able to get rid of their nest, there will be a sign advising the location of their nest..

Human nature being what it is, this will have 2 results. Group one, hopefully the majority, will avoid the nest, while Group 2, will check them out and see how close they can get. (the old, can I run faster than an angry bee can fly, scenario)

If you are part of group 2, please let us know in advance of your intentions, as I'm sure this will make for some interesting video and picture opportunities...

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with suitable suggestions on how to get rid of the bee's nest, and NO, I don't have a flame thrower.

James Mulvey has suggested a night time raid with a plastic garbage bag. I think this might work. The hard part now is talking my wife Bev into doing it. Will let you know how this all works out. I`ve been advised I had better find an alternate solution.
