Local electric lighting distribution circuits were strung along the left (gotta love the snow build-up upon the crossarms almost completely covering their insulators) with a telephone open wire route along the right side of this snowy Pennyslvania village's thorofare.

The local Bell Telephone company apparently had ops here or a public phone available as noted by the sign in front of the building on the left.
