The pole on the left with the shorter crossarm might have been for local electric lighting service wires for customers along this dusty Wisconsin roadway. In reference to the 12-pin comms pole line on the right, I personally find crossarms with more than 10 pins of interest because all I have seen here in New England had ten-pins or fewer.
