Here is a CD 145 EIN [010] (F-Skirt) G.N.W. TEL. CO. SB in either dark or royal purple. The last period in the embossing actually looks more like a dash. As shown, there is only a flaked open base bubble visible from the front. There are a couple of pecks around the left mold line and some wire groove rubbing in addition to the rear inner skirt chip.
