Headed home after the National and stopped at the Jack Rabbit Run which is an I-40 Arizona stop. Owner was given permission to salvage all the ATSF (BNSF) pole line material from Winslow, AZ to the New Mexico border. Collectors have been visiting this Highway stop for years hoping to get into the cross arm piles. There are earlier photos on ICON. Sadly all the cross arms are now gone but the owner saved all the insulators which are dribbled out for the sales display in the store and currently priced at $3 each. Found this plain old aqua B beehive in the store marked "NOT FOR SALE." Use view original mode. It has two large masses of 5 bubbles which have fused together. Not for sale is not an issue when you believe in the art of the trade. The owner has just not seen another insulator he likes better. Go to car trunk and whip out a purple California from the sales stock and the trade deal is done. Another awesome character piece that can only be acquired thru trading. Viva la trade.
