Here we have a non-metallic sign used by lineman to protect them while they work. It measures 8" x 11" and is 1/8" thick. In the lower right corner it is marked STONEHOUSE-DENVER. This company is still in business in Arvada, CO http://stonehousesigns.com/ I'm not sure what this is made of, it may be a a form of compressed particle board or some other composition material? The back of the sign is blank and dark gray in color. As you can see it shows considerable wear and tear perhaps from bumping around in the back of a lineman's truck but it is not a "basket case" and there are no gouges or cracks. Perhaps some of the grime could be removed with a careful cleaning but I'll leave that to the new owner. $20 with Priority Mail shipping included.
