The wife and I journeyed way north in Canada to do some hunting on an old 1904-1905 hydro line that contained Fred Locke M-3060 insulators. We found a few relics . The two outer insulators have the Victor style top. The center one in the picture has a Fred top and it is on a different style pin stamped P&B out of Chicago IL. This line was cleaned up pretty good I would have to say back in 1996 by a local contractor I know. The swamps were hunted well which turned up many M-3060s that are in collectors hands today.
