This is the [100] embossing (2 backwards N's) with blotted out arc embossing on the rear. The blots are very small, about 1/8" in diameter and tough to see. I counted 14 definite blots, some overlapped onto each other. The top of this insulator also has a round flat spot 1/2" in diameter.
