I found this pole with a badly broken crossarm back in the fall but it hadn't been completely separated from the rest of the arm [id=375279742]. It has obviously worsened since I last reported it (clearly CL&P didn't take my call very seriously). I didn't feel like getting electrocuted that day and kept my distance when getting this shot (the wire is lower to the ground than this picture shows).. Click "View Original" to get a better look.
