Toronto, Ontario 1874 ANOTHER pole with 22 Ramshorns

St. James Cathedral in Toronto circa 1874 at the corner of King and Church Streets. Most people would be admiring the architecture of the church, not me, I'm more interested in the telegraph pole to the left. It's another example of the pole line that ran along Church Street with 22 Ramshorns per pole and a decorative globe carved into the top of the pole. Definitely a unique pole line showing the transition to crossarms with 2, 4 and even 6 insulators per arm. Click "View Original" for a larger view.
