WB CPR Passenger west of Montreal circa 1930. Several CDs are easliy made out in this photo with the typical CPR construction of the single skirt stuff on the bottom arm. Some of the insulators on the upper arms look enticingly like threadless but it is probably from when the original negative was pixilated for reproduction in the book that the 154s got photoshopped.
