I found this odd chair leg 152, in the, air in use, on a pole that was about 50 yards from the train station in Garrettsville Ohio, on the ERIE tracks, in the late 70's, or early 80's. I could not tell what was wrong with the insulator from the ground, just that it looked different. I had never heard of a chair leg worn insulator. Since everybody has been talking about 251's, I thought I would throw this in the mix. Thanks for looking, John Mesmer.
