This piece is a gorgeous light cobalt blue with vertical milk stringers up and down the front (best seen if you use the "view original" link at the top of the page.) It is EIN [070] with sharp drips.

There is a shallow flake removing ¾ of one drip at the left mold line. On the petticoat is a small open bubble and there is a 1 MM flea bite on the wire rim. Easily grades at VNM plus.
