Found this at an antique mall in Anderson South Carolina today. I don't think it's nuked, but could possibly be. Not sure what color this is, price guide lists Light Blue, but this is significantly different from the blues listed on ICON.

Never seen a Lynchburg of any kind in this color. What do you guys think??
