Actually taken out my window in Colorado Springs, Co. about a month ago... but it could just as well be Belarus, Russia for all the cold & snow.:-} This is a Cobalt Blue 564.2... one of the several in various colors that I acquired in a collection purchase, and can't seem to let loose of.
