EIN 010. Only the FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR NY embossing on front skirt is crisp and clear. The color is a gorgious blue aqua. Looks more like a light Hemingray blue to me. Has a milk snake straight up from or between the LOCKE start of VIC that curles around and works its way around to back side of insulator. Also has smaller sized bubles and lots of fizz elswhere. It is in pretty good shape but far from mint. Damage report sounds worse then actual. To start with there is a bruise at the base of outer skirt straight down from VICTOR. A chip inside the skirt behind that bruise. All that due to mold ejection most likely. Next there is a 1/2" flat chip under left side of dome on front side. another shallow 1/2" or slightly more that starts about 1/2" behind left side mold line. At the end of saddle side of dome there is an open bubble. That would be just behind just behind right side mold line if the mold line did go that high. The middle skirt has quite a bit of flaking on inside of rear side from mold ejection. The inner skirt has flat flack. Of course you will not see most of what I mentioned about inner two skirts when displaying. Lastly there is a tool mark about 1" straight up above FRED and M. That is about 1/2" long.
