EIN 470. Skirt embossed W (ghost embossed) / W.BROOKFIELD front and NEW YORK rear. Has small seed bubbles and lots of champagne fizz. Condition is very, very near mint. Charles little sticker says light green but I don't see that being so. Look like a very light aqua to me. Light green is listed in PG but not light aqua. Maybe that is why tag says what it says. I don't see no green presence at all. And nearly no color at all. The actual color is even lighter then any color I see in my own pic.

Book says 15-20 light green. Have this maybe quite rare blobtop shipped to your door within 2-3 business days once payment of $25 is made. Add $7.50 if you want shipped to Canada.
