While recently out and about I came across some open wire, appears to be still in service, but found this to be quite humerous. Arizona has strict regulations about the harvesting, collection or destruction of the saguaro cactus. NOw what about me wanting to harvest a couple of insulators off of this crossarm? I guess it could turn into a sticky situation!
