A span wire street light seen on the far left illuminated this New Hampshire town's intersection. Note that the current that operated it was connected by two wires, one from each side of the "breaker" or "guy wire" type insulator above it. This electrically-series fixture was physically supported to an adjacent (separate) span wire via a short piece of wire extending up from an insulated hanger in its top middle section.
