1895 Fred Locke insulator design made by Imperial Porcelain Works of Trenton, NJ. U-923 with scarce #3-1 incused Locke marking only on the skirt. No patent dates in the cross top grooves. Most of marking is legible except one of the patent dates and the word "pending". Very clean example with just a couple of nicks on the crown. Asking $60.00 plus shipping.
