EIN 030. Three patent date under base. Light blue aqua in color. Most collectors that collect these know that the American Insulator Company didn't do a great job making there threads. They usually look like they are threadless for the last inch on top of pin hole. On this particular insulator it doesn't look like the proper amount of glass was pressed into the molds. There is a void of glass almost all the way around where that threadless area is normally seen. When you look at this piece it looks like there are some very big bubbles at the top of dome (Sorry I didn't take a very good pic of the this detail. Please email for a better pic if need be)Besides that detail the insulator has a number of smaller sized bubbles and a streak of milk on one side of the dome. The inner skirt has a slight under pour. Condition is very, very near mint. All I see is a small scuff batch on the dome. Book says 20-30. Have this insulator on your door step or on your shelf in 2-3 days once a one time payment of $32.50 is made. Add $5 if your address is north of the U.S. border. I accept Pal Pal in a non-fee mode or personal and money order checks as payment. I will combine shipping and give shipping discount other insulators I presently have listed for sale here at Icon. However, you better email me about this insulator first. Being I have a first email policy you wouldn't want this one to get away while you are shopping for more glass for your insulator fix!! |
