Here's a tough to find Locke CD 275 [020] power cable top insulator. Embossed LOCKE VICTOR NY on front skirt and NO 21 on rear. The color is dark blue aqua.

Damage report :

The first two details I will mention can be seen in my pic. (1) The front of the right ear has double bubbles that the glass flaked off of. Has two small inclusions as well that the glass flaked away from. (2) One about one inch back under the left ear and a much smaller at top of skirt about 1/2 inch behind left side mold line. I also count about a handful of tic bites scatterd around elsewhere . The inside edge of the inner skirt also has a bunch of flaking from mold rejection but you will of course not see any when displaying.

Book says 75-100. Have this heavy (nearly 3lbs.) insulator on your door step or on your shelf in 2-3 days once a one time payment of $70.00 is made.
