This insulator must have caused much confusion prior to the 2007 edition of the price guide. It was previously listed as a CD 296 but was given its own listing in the 2011 edition for obvious differences when compared to a CD 296. The width is 4 1/4" not 4 1/2" as the 296 is. Plus the ends of the ears are rounded off verses squared of like the 296's. Anyhow, this piece is blue in color and flawless. Prism is on left side of my pic. Wanted to show prifile.
