Only two two colors listed under C.N.R EIN 015 (7/16" embossing-2 periods). This one is obviously not Turquoise blue. That leaves Blue/Purple Two Tone. When I pulled it out of the box loaded with Brandon insulators I knew right away there was something different about the color when compared to othe Canadian CD 143's I still have or had. The price guide told me the rest of the story and now I've told you. Here's more info on what appears to be a quite uncommon piece to find; at least that is what I gather from either price guide I have. (2008 and 2011 issues) :

As can be seen in my pic there is a flake above the C of C.N.R embossing on the front skirt (the rear skirt is embossed STANDARD). That flake is actually starts at the top of the C. There is a straw line that passed through the top of that letter which makes it appear the C was effected by the shallow flake that continues up to the WG. There is also a much deeper flake on the rear skirt which is as about as wide as my thumb nail. That flake is deep but fortunately didn't break through the skirt. So if you want to use back lighting to bring more of the blue color within the purple out you will not see that flake if you look through the skirt. If you do happen to display from the rear side you will see that the flake removed the very botton of the letter T and the two legs of the nieghboring letter A.. Lastly There is one flea bite near the top of dome towards the right side.
