This blue shoulder embossed Chicago Insulator Co. is jam packed with fizz, seed bubbles, snow and some small dark pieces of junk. The condition is very, very near mint. There is what looks like a flake on one side of one diamond where the wire would make contact and another on the top of shoulder. Both actually bubbles or inclusions that were to close to surface resulting in the glass popping off. The only thing I see that may or may not have happened after production is a shallow base flake on the dot embossed side.
