Above the base I'd call this blue CD 252 EIN 020 Prism NO 2 mint or very close to to mint. About 1/2" over and up 1/4" right of the No 2 emboosing there is a surface opened bubble. The base has excess glass that squeezed between the mold all the way around on the outside bottom of skirt. That excess glass is chipped of in two spots which caused to small sized base flakes in those respected areas. The worst of which is about 1/2" in front of the left side mold line. It is 1/2" at it's widest point. That widest point right before where the round portion of base sits. The other much smaller flake is directly below the No embossing in the rear. A little more of the excess glass is just nibbled a little in the surrounding area of that smallest base flake. All that sounds worse then actual and the insulator is a nice one.
