here is a close-up photo of the dot on the dome of a CD 145 B [[040] in apple green. This CD 145, myself re-entering the hobby after 20 years absence, I could not locate in the price guide. When I asked John McDougald to help me find it - he remarked that it was not in the guide as he had never seen a CD 145 B in apple green before! It now is listed as a CD 145 B [040] in apple green. These appear to be scarce as the only place I have seen them is in my local area. I have only seen one more at any of the shows I have attended (unless they were on the tables of my local insulator collecting friends).
