CD 162 (070) H. G.Co. / Patent May 2 1893 / (Rev) Petticoat It has an Underscore Dash after the 1893. Has 1/4 "dome nick on reverse side, has several fleabites on front. Has some base damage, a bruise takes out two drips and part of two others, single drip damaged, two more partially missing due to small chip, and a small flake off another. Sounds worse than it looks but just trying to be accurate. In my book Ordinary electric blue books for 350 to 400 and milky aqua books for 600 to 700, and dark electric blue is 500 to 600. I don't know enough about color to say if this is electric or dark electric, but it is loaded with milk snot stringers, and a graphite checkered stringer near the pinhole, a small potstone below E in petticoat From what I know electric blue is much harder to find than cobalt, and electric with milk is even rarer. Has a nice big bubble 1/2 by 1/4( apprx.) in rear skirt, a lot of small bubbles.
