This is the classic Locke multi from the Sothern Oregon Gold Ray Dam project . Very few whole ones exist . this one was nicely repaired . the top platter was broken in several large parts and the base was in base was in five large parts there are two crown chips and two large underside rim chips that were repaired . it is marked with the 6-1(six patent date ) Fred Locke marking and on the opposite side VICTOR SEPT 21 1901 both markings are clearly visible and mostly readable .
