When I looked down on the floor behind the bucket of canes and saw the words LIMA, N.Y. staring back at me, I knew the hour-and-a-half drive was worth it. Don't you agree? I like the different color top and bottom pieces. [id=397331203] Condition is remarkable considering the age, the ONLY damage being a tiny flake off the glaze on the underside of the umbrella edge. [id=397331261] All other markings and spots are from manufacture. On the "ear" opposite the incuse LIMA, N.Y., there appears to be another marking that is blotted out/glazed over. As near as I can figure, it says/said LIMA 32. It does not show well at all in the top view. [id=397331303] I am not a porcelain person, but I have learned that this is an M-2420 with a book value considerbly more than my cost, so that's good. 8^D
